About Body & Brain
Our 1-hour classes deliver Brain Education practice that combines elements from a variety of Eastern practices to enhance your physical, mental and energetic health. Helping to develop mindful breathing and relaxed concentration so that you can maximise the benefits from your physical exercise.

STRETCHING
Our yoga is a physical and brain workout that connects your mind and body for increased strength, flexibility, and centeredness.

QIGONG
Our meditative system of martial art forms helps to improve your body alignment, balance, energy (Qi or Ki) circulation and physical stamina.

MEDITATION
Energy connects your mind and body. Through our guided meditations you can develop energy awareness which helps promote peace of mind, inspiration, and joy.

BREATH WORK
Our mindful breathing techniques are designed for optimal benefits for your mind, body, and spirit to use at home, at work, while exercising, and in stressful situations.

Introductory session
This 45-60 minute session is designed to learn about our techniques and assess your flexibility, balance, breathing patterns, tension levels and mind-body coordination.
We will check your current energy condition and provide guidance on how best to utilise our exercises and programs.
